Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus, thallus) 0.24 ml (1:4, QCE 60 mg)
Black Walnut (Juglans nigra, unripe green hull) 0.24 ml (1:4, QCE 60 mg)
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root) 0.16 ml (1:4, QCE 40 mg)
Milky Oat Seed (Avena sativa) 0.12 ml (1:1, QCE 120 mg fresh OR 1:4, QCE 30 mg dry)
Guggul (Commiphora mukul, resin) 0.12 ml (1:5, QCE 24 mg)
Blue Flag (Iris versicolor, rhizome) 0.12 ml (1:5, QCE 24 mg)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Dosage:
Adults: Take 1-2 ml (30-60 drops) three times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
