Our goal is to ensure the best possible information and access to quality products for our clients and customers. Though we are but one section of healthcare in the community, we are devoted to fulfilling our role. We look forward to the day when natural remedies and healing methods are supported by the greater establishment, and when the essential freedom to choose one's own integrative healing path becomes a reality for all. 

Our bulk herbs and essential oils are wildcrafted or ethically harvested organic. Our natural supplement line is the result of years of research and trial and error and constant feedback from our clients and customers. We seek local and Canadian products whenever available and believe that in order to have healthy bodies we require a healthy planet. This philosophy is found in ancient systems medicine such as Ayurveda and many other forms of Indigenous healing. In addition it is understood that the journey toward health is a journey toward finding ease in our lives which requires deeper processes than the taking of pills or suppression of symptoms. At the Hollow Reed Centre we provide access to classes in holistic practices such as Yoga and Mediation, as well as Qi Gong, and Info on Diet and Lifestyle specific to individuals.
