Helishcrysum essential oil, also known as Immortelle and Helichrysum italicum, is the distillation of the flowers. Highly anti-inflammatory and soothing, this oil is famous as a pain reliever for injuries, scaring, bruising and anxiety. Useful for the treatment of surgical wounds, new and old. Helps to form healthy and light scar tissue and to soften and reduce old scar tissue. Excellent for maturing skin and in the treatment of wrinkle and aging. Similar to the essence of wet pavement, this oil is not pleasing to every nose, but who cares? It works.
