Join Master Herbalist Chad Cornell to explore the safe and effective uses of medicinal plants, wild foods, and fungi.  Late winter is a great time to huddle up, sip some tea and learn the ways of this living tradition.  You can attend in person or online to explore the following topics and more:

~ Emerging Scientific Research on The Importance of Plant Medicines & Mushrooms for Our Future

~ The Role and Responsibility of The Herbalist in a Community 
~ Our Local Queendom ~ Essential Local Plants & Fungi 
~ Plants, Mushrooms & Consciousness in History and Today
Each class runs two hours and you will be assigned some home study including watching Chad's film Our Common Root's which is a 1 hour and 45 min documentary on plants and healing.  You will also be given two field guides written by Chad on local plants, preparations and their uses.  Additional films and books will be recommended.
