Three Winds Aromatherapy was established to provide the best quality essential and carrier oils available, at the best possible price to the user. My mission is to get aromatherapy into the hands of the people, for the collective healing of earth and her children. It has been a great privilege to travel this road towards wellness with the help of our friends in the plant spirit realm. All products offered are made of the purest, most natural ingredients available. Nancy Hall III dances to her own rhythm. An artist in the medium of olfactory delights and colorful light beams, her creations are simple, but profound, fun and ‘for real’. Having studied aromatherapy for over a decade, she is committed to community unity and healing through the use of plant spirit medicine and lifestyle education. Her happiest are in moments in the garden and the woods, with the winged and flowered ones. She is available for one to one counsel in the comfort of her studio at the St. Norbert Arts Centre.

Creating custom blends for body and bath to meet your emotional, spiritual and/or physical needs. Take some time to meditate on what spirit calls you to, and get to know the plant spirits that make aromatherapy therapeutic! Free your mind, the breath will follow!
Spend some time in an aromatherapy facial steam to open the sinuses and loosen up. Then it’s off to the massage table for ear candleing and facial massage/energy work. Finish off with a cup of tea and some quiet time. $55

Whole Foods Cooking
Learn about the how’s and why’s of whole foods cooking. Enjoy a beautiful wholesome lunch, and borrow our reference books for the afternoon. $33
